Hi, Learn Happy London is run by me…Gaby. We work with primary aged children and pupils with learning difficulties from the age of 3 – 11 years old. Our goal is simple. We want every child to be happy, curious, love learning and thrive. Therefore we help children as well as parents with a combination of educational and emotional support services. We offer private and group tutoring, SATs, 4+, 7+, 8+ and 11+ exam preparation as well as SEN support and guidance. Furthermore we offer personalised educational advice and support regarding school admissions and placements, homeschooling, mentoring and workshops.
My expertise in primary education will help your children maximise their potential, reach their goals and grow into well rounded happy young people.
What We Do...
Private Tutoring
We help children to improve their academic performance, confidence and overall wellbeing. We provide support in all key subjects from EARLY YEARS to KS2 including SATs preparation. In addition we offer 4+, 7+, 8+ and 11+ school entrance exam preparation.
Mentoring
This is a powerful tool to help children manage their learning, build confidence, deal with challenges and setbacks in relation to school such as anxiety and friendship issues as well as celebrate, growth, progress and achievements.
Assessments
These are a unique way to help your child feel more confident with their learning. As a result of accurate ASSESSMENTS, we can devise a PERSONALISED LEARNING PLAN with RESOURCES to meet your child's needs and requirements.
Parent Support
Get support with your children's education by means of online workshops related to the National Curriculum, Parent consultations and School search an placement support.

Why Should I choose Learn Happy London?
Our goal is simple we want every child to be happy, love learning and thrive. Our mission, therefore, is to communicate with trust and empathy in order to meet the needs of all children both in the home and at school. We do this by listening to them and valuing their views and beliefs as well as those of parents, carers and education professionals. As a consultancy we believe in a holistic child-centred approach. We support children and young people to maximise their potential, reach their goals and grow into well rounded happy young people.
Tell Me More About Your Services
We offer private tutoring both face to face and online for children aged 3 – 11. We prepare children for entrance exams at 4+, 7+, 8+ and 11+ as well as SATs tests and general primary tuition. Furthermore, we carry out assessments and interventions to support learning as well as provide a school advisory and placement support service, homeschooling support, and mentoring support for children to assist with any school related issues. We also offer workshops for parents and carers based on the National Curriculum and how to manage children’s educational needs and wellbeing.

Why Should I book a FREE 20 minute chat?
A FREE 20 minute chat, which is either carried out by phone or online via Zoom, is the first step into commencing your child’s educational journey with us. It gives us all the opportunity to get to know one another before deciding to work together and ensures we are all working towards the same goals.. During the call we will discuss your child’s current academic abilities and aspirations for their education as well as the family’s background and current situation. We will establish which of our services will be the best fit.
Do you do trial sessions?
No, is the short answer. The reason being is that we believe it takes more than 1 session to build a strong rapport and a relationship of trust with children as well as to get a grasp of the tutor’s teaching style. We recommend that parents commit to a minimum of 4 tutoring sessions, 1 lesson a week for 1 month, before making any decisions. If you really do want a trial session, this can be accommodated at a fee of £55 for 1 hour. Activities will be planned based on your initial consultation with us.
My child suffers with anxiety and struggles to make friends, will mentoring help?
Absolutely!, Mentoring is a powerful tool which we use to help children build confidence, tackle low self-esteem, manage feelings and emotions, deal with challenges and setbacks, celebrate growth, progress and achievement, take ownership of own learning and tackle a lack of motivation.
Tell me more about your school advisory service?
Finding the right school for your child can be overwhelming. Knowing whether to put your child forward for the 7+, 8+ or 11+ is daunting. What do you look for in a good school? With our help we can guide you to make the right decisions with confidence. With so many choices available in today’s education each school search is individual, bespoke and completely confidential. You can either choose the full package or pick and choose the elements that suit you best.
I am homeschooling my child and I don't know where to start?
Whether you are choosing to follow the National Curriculum or a structured program of your choosing we can guide and support you with the learning process from planning weekly or monthly project based learning plans, assist you with long term educational goals, provide academic assessments as a means to knowing where your child is at in their learning and by attending our workshops, which will give you greater understanding of the National Curriculum as well as the opportunity to meet other parents.

Where is Learn Happy London based?
We are based in West London and cover Chiswick, Shepherds Bush, Holland Park, Notting Hill, Bayswater, Paddington, Maida Vale and St Johns Wood. We can easily commute within West London either to your home or a mutually agreed venue such as a local library. We offer face to face Tutoring and Mentoring within West London and online for families living in other parts of Zone 1 and Zones 2 – 5. If you prefer face to face tutoring or mentoring and live in Zone 2 – 5 we recommend booking half or full day tutorials. Most families choose a combination of online and face to face, meeting the tutor or mentor several times during the course of the agreed contract, with the majority of tutoring and mentoring delivered online.
Do you support children with special educational needs?
Yes we do. We work with children who have a range of learning difficulties including Global Developmental Delay, Autism, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia and Cerebral Palsy. All children are unique and learn in different ways, however the challenges faced by those with special educational needs are far greater, they therefore benefit from personalised learning experiences that take into account their specific needs. By means of parent consultations, observations and assessments, we are able to get a good understanding of your child’s needs and requirements to plan for their learning accordingly using appropriate activities and resources.
