OVERVIEW
Dyspraxia is a Specific Learning Difficulty, that is not well understood. Like many, I had never heard of it, until I was diagnosed in my thirties. The aim of this workshop therefore is to help parents, childcare and educational professionals recognise the signs of dyspraxia and understand the interventions that can be used for support.
With fun activities and helpful information you will be able to support your children with confidence as they enter Reception and KS1. You will understand how Phonics is being taught in schools and the importance of reading.
Attendees will be sent a Zoom Link via email once tickets have been purchased and you will also receive a resource pack.
This Workshop is Suitable for Parents of Children who:
- Have or are suspected to have Dyspraxia
- Currently at Primary School
- Are not getting adequate support at school
- This workshop is also suitable for Teachers, Teaching Assistants and childcare professionals who want to brush up on their skills and knowledge.
